2020 Chevillon Bourgogne Passetoutgrain 750Ml Bottle

This is a 66/33 blend of gamay and pinot from NSG. The gamay is treated just like pinot and this is often co-fermented if both varieties are perfectly ripe. It’s all barrel aged and apart from the absence of new oak, it’s treated the same as all the other wines in the portfolio. It’s always a youthful, juicy red with a perplexing and pleasing mix of dark berry fruits and cranberry crunch.
