In the world of wine, Emmanuel Reynaud (who tragically passed in November 2025) is known foremost for his haunting, inimitable Rayas reds. However, it would be a grave mistake to look past the beguiling whites here which make for a rival those famed reds in delivering an entirely unique and rivetting wine experience. 

The 2021 vintage in the southern Rhône was fresh and balanced — after the extreme heat of 2020, a welcome return towards elegance and tension. For the Grenache Blanc, growing on the limestone and sandy soils of Sarrians, 2021 was a dream year: aromatic intensity, cool acidity, creamy texture — everything in equilibrium. The result is a white wine found nowhere else: opulent and taut at the same time, generous and fresh.
