The "C" is named Chaillots, after one of the great single plots of the steep Cornas hill. This is THE benchmark Cornas producer - 100% stem / whole bunch ferments, old oak ageing. Strong, deep, firm and long lasting 100% shiraz reds. This wine is based on Chaillots but contains shiraz from La Cote too.
