Classic Heathcote poise on display, not to mention some regional down-to-earthiness with bush notes, mint and herbals, which bring added life and spice. Black fruits, cassis, cedary leaf, gum leaf, peppermint, wild herbs, cocoa and savoury leather come wrapped densely around firm tannins.
