2025 Deep Woods Single Vineyard Chardonnay 750mL

"The 2025 Single Vineyard Chardonnay hails from a vineyard called Cape Falls in northern Wilyabrup, near the coast and close planted. This wine was previously sourced from the Bridgelands vineyard in Karridale that, sadly, was recently pulled out. This is gently reductive and spicy on the nose, with a palate driven by saline acidity and fleshy orchard fruit. The oak frames and lengthens the palate. This is an excellent wine. It is tight and salty right now, but it will flesh out in a year or so. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap." - 95 points - Erin Larkin, Robert Parker wine advocate
