"The 2024 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru, which comes from vines planted in 1990 and 2005, has a strict, focused bouquet that's very minerally with subtle cockle/oyster shells scents. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. It's a touch creamier in texture than the Vosgros with more depth on the finish.
